KIDS PROGRAM

Building a strong foundation of Physical Fitness, Stamina, Flexibility, Agility and strength the Kids program emphasizes various focus-related activities to build better motor coordination, agility and athletic ability. Student will be put through thorough training for physical conditioning, self-defense, and building situational awareness which will help the students to hone their fighting skills as well as teach them to be disciplined, controlled and attentive.

ADULTS AND TEENS

Busting the myth that martial arts is suitable only for kids, the adults and teen program focuses on a step-by-step approach to physical fitness and building up strength. Slowly students will experience various traditional boxing, unarmed combat, competitive combat, self-defense, meditation, Qi Gong, and gymnastics. Students will also be trained in stability and other physical exercises which will prevent any kind of training-related injuries and help maintain an overall physical fitness.

CORPORATE TRAINING

SWCCI designs and conducts customized fitness and self-defense programs for working professionals. Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Self-Defense are the most sought out programs from SWCCI from the corporate crowd.
